Enter your cat or dog in to one of our categories: Business, College, Citizen, Senior Citizen, or Adoptable Pets for your chance to win the title. Be the Solution, Inc. uses the funds raised from the Tally Top Dog cs. Capital City Kitty to end pet overpopulation in Tallahassee, Florida by financing needed spay and neuter surgeries. The pet overpopulation problem is a direct result of animals being left unaltered in our community. Spaying and neutering these animals is the easiet and quickest way to "fix" the pet overpopulation problem from the start.
