Spay/Neuter Vouchers
Be The Solution, Inc. provide Tallahassee residents with low cost spay and neuter surgeries for companion animals. We raise funds to finance these surgeries through on-line and mail in donations and community fundraisers. You can have your pet "fixed" with just a $5 co-pay. While you may need help now, we woudl appreciate your support in the future when you could help another to spay or neuter their pet. BTS Voucher Program location: BTS Storefont at the Tallahassee Mall (2 doors down from Barnes and Nobles) 2415 North Monroe Street Tallahassee, FL 32303 BTS Store and Voucher Hourss: Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM BTS vouchers can be applied for and used by residents of the following areas depending on current grant funding: Tallahassee, Havana, Quincy, Crawfordville and Monticello. |
1. Valid college student picture I.D.
OR 2. Valid picture I.D. and one of the following: - EBT Food Stamp Card - Medicaid Card - Unemployment Check Stub - Disability Check Stub and - Unemployment Check Stub and most recent tax return OR 3. Valid picture I.D. and most recent income tax return that places you in the following income categories: - One adult household with income less than $25,000 per year. - Two adult household with income less than $40,000 per year *The voucher you are requesting must be for your personal companion pet and you must come in person to receive it for yourself. We were just awarded a dog grant so if you have a dog to fix, please call 894-1000 and we can set you up with a vet for surgery over the phone. |
